There are 5 areas of coverage.  Each is distinct and different.

Title I - Preventive Legal Services

• Legal consultation and advice
• Letters and phone calls
• Contract and document review
• Will preparation

Title II - Motor Vehicle Legal Services (effective 15 days after enrollment)

• Minor legal expenses (no alcohol or drug involvement), i.e., moving traffic violations
• Major legal expenses (no alcohol or drug involvement) , i.e., manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, negligent homicide, or vehicular homicide
• Up to 2.5 hours for help with:

              - Damage recovery service

              - Driver's license assistance

              - Personal injury legal expenses

Title III - Trial Defense Services (no alcohol or drug involvement)

• Up to 75 total hours of Attorney Time your 1st year
• Your hours increase with renewal:

              2nd year - 140 total hours

              3rd year - 205 total hours

              4th year - 270 total hours

              5th year - 335 total hours

Title IV - IRS Audit Legal Services

• Up to 50 hours of a Tax Attorney's Time to defend you in an audit

Title V- Preferred Member Discount Rate

• Receive 25% off your Provider Law Firm's standard rate if you need legal services not otherwise covered by your benefit plan. Should you decide to retain an attorney for more intensive legal representation, you can rest easier knowing you'll receive the services of a quality, reputable law firm at a significant savings.

Legal Shield - 24 hour access to an attorney in case of an emergency (no alcohol or drug involvement)

• You are arrested or detained by a law enforcement officer
• You are seriously injured in an accident
• The state tries to remove your child(ren) from your home
• An officer has arrived at your door at 2:00 a.m. with a warrant
• You are pull over for a sobriety test due to profiling

Identity Theft Shield (the benchmark and industry standard in the marketplace)
